What I Do...
In this role, I developed an entirely new training division at my organization. This role and department did not exist before me, so I:
  • Developed and worked with senior leadership to implement a Corporate Training Strategy
  • Researched and vetted new training and knwoledge transfer tools for use at the organization
  • Identified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Developed a new process for knowledge transfer involving Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Developed and implemented 15 new training programs; including 6 workshops, e-learning and synchonous vILT offerings
  • Cultivated 6 Product Trainers
  • Introduced interactive e-learning to the organization
  • Revamped existing software documentation
  • Developed and managed an extensive library of documents of Implementation and Training
  • Introduced a structured learning culture to the organization
  • Began the process of collecting data for evaluation of training programs at Kirkpatrick levels 3 (behavior), 4/5 (results/ROI)
  • Facilitated hundreds of workshop courses and other ILT sessions

What I Did...
In this role, I was a full (LAMP) stack PHP developer. The senior designation brought along other duties such as mentoring, product training, and technical project management. I:
  • Assisted in developing an administrative residency management system for more than 50 ACGME-accredited teaching hospitals and 11 LCME-accredited medical schools with more than 220,000 total users
